冷却塔配水系统的作用是将热水均匀的淋洒到整个填料装置上，对配水系统的基本要求：在定的水量范围内，保证配水均匀，水的阻力小和通风助力小并便于检修。配水系统有管式、槽式和池式三种。管式配水系统施工安装简便、在大、中型冷却塔中广泛应用。管式配水系统分为固定式和旋转式。旋转布水器是由给水管、旋转体和配水管组成的。给水管用法兰固定相接，并通过轴承与旋转体相接，有密封止水设施。旋转体用于承受布水器的全部重量，并使布水器转动。在旋转体四周沿辐射方向等距离接出若干根配水管，水流通过配水管上的小孔喷出、推动配水管在与出水相反的方向旋转，从而将热水均匀洒在淋水填料上

The pipe type water distribution system is divided into fixed type and rotary type. The rotary water distributor is composed of water supply pipe, rotary body and water distribution pipe. The water supply pipe is fixed and connected with flange, and connected with rotator through bearing, with sealing and sealing facilities. The rotating body is used to bear all the weight of the water distributor and make the distributor rotate. A number of water distribution pipes are connected at equal distance along the radiation direction around the rotating body. The water flows out through the small holes on the water distribution pipe and pushes the water distribution pipe to rotate in the opposite direction to the water outlet, so as to evenly sprinkle the hot water on the drenching filler
