一．使用说明

● 使用前必须检查电源电压是否与本产品相符,即220V±10%,为了考虑到有些地区存在欠压现象,电压低至180V时仍保持可靠的工作性能。

In order to take into account the phenomenon of under-voltage in some areas, the reliable performance of the power supply is still maintained when the voltage is as low as 180 V.



● 当需要打开闸杆时,按一下控制器或遥控器上的“开”键,此时闸杆会自动起杆,到位后自动停止。


When it is necessary to open the brake rod, press the "open" button on the controller or remote control, then the brake rod will start automatically and stop automatically when it is in place.


● 当需要关闭闸杆时,按一下控制器或遥控器上的“关”键,此时闸杆会自动落杆,到位后自动停止。


When it is necessary to close the brake rod, press the "off" key on the controller or remote control, and the brake rod will drop automatically and stop automatically when it is in place.


● 在落杆过程中，如遇有车辆及行人通过可按“开”键，闸杆会马上往起杆方向运行，或按“停”键,闸杆会中断运行。(注:在正常运行时请不要按“停”键)


In the process of dropping, if vehicles and pedestrians can press the "open" button, the brake rod will immediately move to the direction of the starting rod, or press the "stop" button, the brake rod will interrupt operation. (Note: Please do not press the stop button during normal operation)


● 停电时若闸杆处于水平状态；可将道闸机箱门打开，用摇手将杆抬起。来电后，直接按“落杆”键，闸杆会自动落杆,恢复正常使用。


When power failure occurs, if the brake rod is in a horizontal state, the box door of the gate can be opened and the brake rod can be lifted by a rocker. After the call, press the "drop bar" button directly, the brake rod will drop automatically and return to normal use.







二．维护说明

● 应经常用柔软的细布，擦除机箱表面的灰尘，油污，保持机箱表面的清洁。


Soft cloth should be used regularly to remove dust and grease from the surface of the chassis and to keep the surface of the chassis clean.


● 定期检查控制板的接线部位是否有松动，接触不良等，保持控制设备处于通风干燥的地方，切勿水洗和浸水，以确保其性能的稳定,提高产品使用寿命。


Regularly check whether the wiring part of the control board is loose and in bad contact, keep the control equipment in a ventilated and dry place, do not wash and immerse, to ensure the stability of its performance and improve the service life of the product.


● 定期检查闸机各连接部位和运动部位的连接情况，对松动的紧固件进行紧固。


Regularly check the connection of the connecting parts and the moving parts of the brake, and tighten the loose fasteners.


● 定期检查平衡弹簧，确保弹簧无断裂或者裂纹的现象。


Check the balance spring regularly to ensure that the spring does not break or crack.


● 定期检查减速器是否有漏油等不良的现象。


Check regularly whether the reducer has oil leakage and other undesirable phenomena.


● 定期检查系统保护地连接情况，确保系统保护地接触可靠。
