DT-C3 聚氨酯胶粘剂

C3 是一款99% 固含、反应型热熔聚氨酯（HMPUR）胶粘剂，专为触摸屏、手环、鼠标、导航仪、照相镜头模块等电子产品部件的快速固定而设计的。

C3B is a solvent-free reactive hotmelt polyurethane (HMPUR) adhesive，specially designed for electronics screen, electronics watches, PC mouse, navigator, camara parts assembling applications.

Adhesion : This product has great adhesion to glass, metal, PC, ABS and other meterials.

初粘性好：该产品具有非常好的初粘性能，理想保压时间在30-45分钟之间。

Great initial strength： C3B is has high green strength and will not spring back after 30-45min holding time。

较好软顺性：C3B在环境温度-25-75oC温度范围内都具有很好软顺性，较高拉伸伸长率。

Flxeibility and elongation：This product can be used at -25-75oC without lossing fexibility and eleongation.

粘度与初黏平衡：C3B 具有较好的初黏与黏度平衡， 是一款市面上较好品质的电子胶粘剂产品。

Relative low viscosity: This product C3B showed good balance of green strength and viscosity，over performs many other products in the electronics market.

通用性好：C3 能够粘接多数与显示屏有关的基材，是一款较为通用的产品。

Good Universality : C3 is an universal electronic adhesive for screen and it shows great adhesion to multi-substrates.

20公斤真空包装于铝箔袋中，或30ml, 300ml包装于厚壁铝管内。产品经强化防结皮处理。

Packed in 20kg straight container with aluminum foil liner, or 30m, 300ml in heavy duty aluminum tube. Product is special treated to prevent from skining.

使用C3时，高温下会有微量蒸汽， 应保持室内良好通风和新鲜空气进入。

In order to keep away from vapor, good ventilation and fresh air are necessary when used in hot.

始终贮存在原装密闭的容器中, 产品需室内0-25oC保存，避免与潮气接触。开封的产品应尽快用完.

Always keep material in closed container at between 0-25oC . Do not exposure to wet or any moisture. The opened package shall be used as soon as possible

自生产之日起，封闭的原装产品包装有效保质期为6个月。注意将要到期的产品先行使用，确保产品品质.

The shelf life time for unopened container is 6 months since manufacturing. Always use previous batch first to maintain good shelf life time for purchased product.
