UH-726A 是一款99% 固含、反应型热熔聚氨酯（HMPUR）胶粘剂，专为 纺织品点胶、喷胶内衣定制化复合工艺生产线而设计的。

UH-726A is a solvent-free reactive hotmelt polyurethane (UHPUR) adhesive，specially designed for underwear/bras application.

粘剂强度好： 该产品能够对包括弹性尼龙布在内的纺织品面料有很好的附着力

Adhesion: This product has great adhesion on nylon and other textile materials.

开放时间：UH-726A在环境温度下(23oC )的开放时间适中 , 在使用环境温度15-35 oC下使用不透胶。

Open time：This product shows adequate open time， no penetration through fabrics when used at ambient temperature between 15-35 oC

内粘特性：UH-726A在应用环境下， 胶点内部保持持久粘性， 适合制品花样装饰工艺制作 。

Semi-solid behavior: This product after sprayed showed semi-solid behavior for long time and it is helpful for decorative craft job.

二次活化温度 低：产品UH-726A具有较低的活化温度和热活化时间。

Low heat reactivated temperature： UH-826A has low heat reactivation temperature and short hot press time.

始终贮存在原装密闭的容器中, 产品需室内保存，避免与潮气接触。开桶的产品应尽快用完.

Always keep material in closed container and store the package in dry condition. Do not exposure to wet or any moisture. The opened package shall be used as soon as possible

在 0-35 oC温度密封干燥下，UH-726A 桶装包装贮存期6个月(30ml 包装3个月), 不会影响使用性能。

This product can be stored under sealed、 dried condition for 6 months at 0-35 oC (3 months for 300ml aluminum tube).

影响产品的粘结质量的因素很多，除了胶粘剂本身因素外还常常与基材来源， 批次变化，基材表面特性（如处理剂、材料厚度、脱模剂、平整度）设备的温度设置 、实际胶温、温湿度变化、上胶量、胶点大小、过滤系统、预热基材程度、压合条件、操作人员技能、操作规范、机器工况、 养生条件（温度+湿度+时间）等有关。要求用户在批量生产前先做样板测试，待确认后再做大货，必要时可以告知我方共同参与测试以保证粘接品质。 Many factors could have impact to product quality, we strongly suggest do trial test before massive production.
